Life before kids, well it was easy, it was fun.  All we really had to do was show up at work with a positive attitude and plan for fun during all the other times. Here are a few pictures from our awesome sabbatical trip that we took in 2010.   We flew to Spain, explored Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon. Then we boarded a trans-Atlantic cruise to Brazil, with stops on three of the Canary islands along the way.  In Brazil we stopped in Rio and the cruise ended in Santos. We got on a tour bus for the “Best of Sao Paulo” tour.  Let’s just say we plan to visit Brazil again once their “market has emerged”.
